We’re here to make sure it feels like it. Because your elopement is not for showing off on social media. And it’s not for catering to what everyone else wants. It’s only for you and your partner to experience, enjoy, and remember.
Yes, we’ve done tons of Alps elopements since we started this business in 2018. But we’re not here to tell you what your elopement should look like.
We take the time to get to know you, your hopes and dreams for this experience, and use that knowledge to guide us.
Once we understand your vision, we plan thoughtfully and strategically before the big day arrives — so, when you land in the Alps, all you have to think about is how incredible it is.
But as our lives and travels took us from the Arctic to the Alps, our perspective on weddings started to shift.
We met more couples who valued what we value, and didn’t feel like they needed to make their day into everyone else’s.
And that discovery is what led us here.
Yes, we’re married!
And we’re both from the Midwest, US.
Back in 2018, we never dreamed that outdoorsy introverts like us could choose something different—a day without crowds, without pressure, and with the chance to slow down and just enjoy.
So, we took a more traditional route.
We’re the only American photo + video team based here in the Alps, which means planning from the US (or another English-speaking country) feels straightforward from the start.
From clear, familiar communication to helping you build a team of trusted, English-speaking local vendors, we make sure nothing gets lost along the way. Paired with our on-the-ground knowledge of these mountains, the result is fewer unknowns, less second-guessing, and more confidence in how your Alps elopement comes together.
I didn’t grow up climbing mountains. I actually grew up in one of the flattest places you can imagine: Indiana. But at 15, I saw a photo of Grindelwald, Switzerland, and I knew I had to see it for myself.
Today, I get to help couples (like you!) experience the Alps in a way that feels calm, intentional, and fully their own. I bring a mix of thoughtful preparation, steady guidance, and a healthy dose of what my couples lovingly call “Midwest nice”—the kind that makes it easy to ask questions, feel supported, and makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend.
I’m genuinely stoked to meet you and guide you through such a meaningful moment in your lives.
My first real experience in the mountains was in Southeast Alaska surrounded by jagged peaks and massive glaciers.
What really stuck with me from my time there wasn’t just the views, but the effort it took to reach them. I love the steep trails, challenging hikes, and the moment when you get somewhere incredible and realize it was worth every step.
That’s one of my favorite things about capturing elopements, too. I love getting to know an area so well that I can show couples both the big, obvious views, and the smaller, hidden spots that most people miss.

“They were both very detail-oriented, and made the entire process of planning an elopement feel fun. We were concerned it would feel like we were just walking around taking photos, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. Christine and Scott were so thoughtful and helped us with ideas to create a day that was perfect for us. They’re so personable we often forgot we were being photographed at all and had the best time spending the day with them.”
